- Advertisers are responsible for the accuracy of the information
submitted to www.research247.com and should check their
adverts prior to submitting them.
- While we will check the entries on the website regularly,
it is the advertiser/client's responsibility to co-ordinate
internally to ensure that roles are only entered once. We
suggest that one individual within each company has responsibility
for ensuring that your vacancy information is correctly
maintained on our website.
- Vacancies listed as 'Active' should be genuine employment
opportunities with a real intention by the client to pursue
suitable applications. We have provided an option for employers
who wish to post a more 'speculative' intention to recruit
(this option is only available to employers rather than
recruitment consultancies and employers are restricted to
one 'speculative' entry per geographical region).
- Employers agree that CVs submitted to them will be used
for internal purposes only and not forwarded to ANY individual
or organisation without prior permission from the owner
of the CV.
- We are fully aware that recruitment consultants will review
these pages in order to help identify pertinent vacancies.
We cannot accept any liability for the consequences of this.
- We reserve the right to remove adverts from the site,
or to refuse submitted adverts, without prior notification
under all circumstances, particularly if we believe that
they do not relate closely enough to the market research
industry.
- If job details have been submitted to the website by an
advertiser inaccurately and inappropriate search criteria
have been added, we reserve the right to correct these at
any time.
- If we believe that job details have been added incorrectly
to the website on purpose, by an account already granted
automatic uploading privileges, we have the right to immediately
cease those privileges and all jobs will have to be checked
for quality purposes. In this situation we also have the
right to close that client account.
- Constant Job Churning is frowned on and we reserve the
right to remove automatic uploading privileges (and as a
last resort close the account) if this occurs. Job Churning
is where an advertiser re-enters a job already displayed.
Job Churning is detrimental to an employer's account since
if the same roles appear repeatedly, viewers will pay decreasing
attention to jobs with that organisation. Key roles that
require 'refreshing' can be prioritised in the result tables
regardless of their age using our Priority Service. If a
role is unfortunately still available after 3 months on
the website, it may be re-entered since old roles are deleted
at that time.
- We cannot be held liable for any repercussions arising
out of the publication of vacancy details; companies must
consider these in advance.
- We reserve the right to briefly suspend the website without
notice for quality assurance purposes.
- If for any reason the website becomes temporarily unavailable
to all users, we will extend the duration of any paid adverts
on the website and will not offer refunds.
- We cannot quality-check direct applications from individuals
to employers and hence we cannot be held liable for their
accuracy.
- While we use virus protection software for all internet
and email activity, clients should still take their own
precautions against computer viruses. Individuals using
www.research247.com and using hyperlink connections to other
websites do so at their own risk and should also protect
their own computers against viruses from those websites.
- Personal information submitted to clients falls under
data protection legislation and clients should ensure that
they meet the requirements of that legislation. Clients
also agree not to hold www.research247.com liable for expenses,
claims or damages that may be related to this, or any other
issue.
- We will not retain details of deactivated jobs for very
long so clients should always keep their own records for
future reference.
- For our fee-based services, all our prices are based on
immediate payment. For any arrangements requiring longer
payment terms we will charge additional sums. Any delay
in payment in regarded as a breach of agreement and we reserve
the right to freeze that account immediately.
- Advertisers must agree to these terms prior to any of
their vacancies being posted on the website.

Ltd and all the terms given above apply to The Soothsayer
Ltd as well as the product www.research247.com.
